Trails Plan
 The Trails Plan is a strategic plan for developing and
maintaining trails within the Juneau Trail System. It is
developed in a way that incorporates public opinion, by
distributing surveys and organizing public forums. Public
land-use agencies refer to the Trails Plan for guidance
in setting priorities among projects.
